Internal campsite rules:

1. Admission to the Campsite. Reserved exclusively to the campers; other persons seeking admission must ask permission at Reception. The Management reserves the right of admission and will expel anyone whose behaviour may upset or otherwise disturb the other campers, or anyone not observing the norms relating to coexistence and standards of decency as established by the F.N.C.E., together with any rules expressly mentioned herein. The signatory of the receipt will be held responsible for all actions attributable to himself/herself or his/her companions.

2. These rules will be handed to the customer on arrival and admission to the campsite shall imply their complete acceptance.

3. Registering. All campers must register at Reception on arrival and must expressly mention every item subject to payment which he is to bring into the campsite. Any changes in the aforementioned items must be reported immediately to Reception, by presenting the admissions card. Otherwise any discounts on the said items shall not be deducted from the total bill; and the increased payment on the said items shall be charged with regard to the whole stay at the campsite.

4. Pitchs election. The installation of stores, caravans and vehicles, will only be allowed in the places where the Management authorises. You will not be allowed to change the chosen or allotted pitch without previous permission.

5. Under 18´s. Will only be allowed into the campsite if accompanied by an adult who will act as guarantor against any eventuality. The parents or companions of minors shall be held responsible for any damage or accidents caused by the latter during their stay.

6. Electricity. The use of plugs other than those provided at Receptions is not permitted. The doors to the electrical supply boxes must be kept locked at all times. Electrical faults may be checked only by employees of the campsite.

7. Admission of Animals. Animals which are clearly dangerous or which may disturb the campers shall not be admitted.

8. Visits. Persons not staying at the campsite and who wish to visit relatives or friends must heave their vehicles in the car park at the entrance and complete the corresponding registration procedure at Reception. If their stay is longer that indicated at Reception, the visitor must pay the amount indicated in the price list.

9. Responsibility. The Company is not responsible for theft or any king of the customers´ belongings. Customers are requested to cooperate in this matter by taking appropriate precautions. Neither is the Company responsible for any damage which may be caused by fires started by campers, nor any damage caused by weather conditions. Please read the safety instructions on the information guide.

10. Departure and leaving the pitch. This should be vacated before 12.00 o'clock midday on the day of departure and should be left clean and tidy.

11. Payment of bills. Payment should be made before 12:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The customer's registration card must be presented on payment. We recommend payment to be made on the day prior to departure.

12. Noise. Please avoid making unnecessary noise during the day. Silence during the night, between the hours of 24.00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m., must be strictly respected. Any repeated disturbance shall be the cause of expulsion from the camp site.
RESPECT THE PEACE AND QUIET OF OTHERS AND THEY WILL RESPECT YOURS.

13. Movement of vehicles: The maximum speed limit inside the campsite is 10 Kph. The circulation of traffic is forbidden between 24.00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. Campers who wish to enter or leave the camp site between these hours must park their vehicles in the Reception car park. The circulation of motor vehicles for sporting or other activities within the campsite is strictly forbidden.

14. Bicycles. Must no be ridden in a dangerous manner or for the purpose of racing; in any case they may not be ridden after 22:00 p.m. Bicycles are not allowed in the Service Areas.

15. Life on the campsite. Keep your surroundings tidy, whether in the campsite or at the beach. Please use plastic disposal bags or our bins to deposit your waste.
Take care of all communal facilities in the best interests of fellow campers.

16. Limitations. Pitch occupation or from any other surface destined for camping by one same tourist won’t be able to surpass from eight months per year. Consequently, every pitch must be evacuated and prepared at least one time each eight months. The installation in the pitches of fixed elements, locks, pavements, washing places, electric devices and similar elements is forbidden.

17. Resolution cause. The installation in the pitches of any of the fixed elements quoted in the former paragraph will be enough to cancel the accommodation contract without any right of compensation. Such resolution will be able to be exercised once The Management has informed the tourist to remove the installed elements and his refusal.

Remember:

  • Respect the rule of silence at night.
  • Take care of money and other valuables.
  • Keep the Campsite clean.

The Management and staff of the Campsite “La Garrofa” would like to wish you a very pleasant stay.

Rules to book a bungalow:

1.SPACE. The bungalows are designed with a capacity for four-five people (maximun)

2. TIMETABLE. The entrance time will be from four o´clock pm onwards the day in which the booking is formalized. The leaving time will be at twelve o´clock (midday) .

3. RULES TO BOOK. To book a bungalow the customer must pay a quantity of 300€ ( as advance payment) by means of bank draft, indicating his/her full name on it.

Once the deposit is carried out a fax with the following document will be sent by fax:

  • 1. A photocopy of the bank receipt . The booked days must be written on it.
  • The fax number is the following: 00 34 950 235770. You should phone before to notify your sending.
  • In case of cancellation the advanced payment will be given back as follows:
  • 1. 31 days or more before the daste of occupation: 100% of the money.
  • 2. 16 to 30 days before the date of occupation: 50% of the money.
  • 3. 15 days or less before the date of occupation: 0% of the money.
  • Bankings cost will be assumed by the client

4. PRIZE: The prize per bungalow will be established on the current rate. The prize will vary depending on the season.
The entrance day the customer must pay the total amount of his /her stay.

5. DEPOSIT: When he/she arrives, the customer will be given a report with all the furniture and utensils contained in the bungalow. A deposit of 60 € must be given by way of possible damages in the bungalow. This money will be given back if everything is correct the departure day. The bungalow must be left clean and tidy, as it was given. Otherwise, a charge for cleaning , which will be taken away from the deposit, will be applied.

6. THE CUSTOMER SHOULD ALWAYS BRING: Bedclothes and Towels.

7. FURNITURE AND UTENSILS CONTAINED IN THE BUNGALOW:

  • One bedroom with a double bed ( 150 cms), a wardrobe, a shelf and a bedside table.
  • A second bedroom with two beds ( 80 cms each) and a third bed ( 80cms) , a wardrobe and shelves.
  • A bathroom with a washbasin , toilet, bidet, a shower cabin with sliding door, worktop, mirror, shelf and towel rail.
  • A kitchen with a sink, a fridge, electric cooker, electric heater, and kitchen utensils for five people.
  • A living room with a sofa, shelves, a table, four chairs and a ceiling fan.
  • A terrace ( 13,52m2) with a table and five chairs.
